Chicken Empanadas

Locally made in Calgary by Good Fillin' Co! A small mom-and-pop operation that is gaining traction in Alberta. 

Good Fillin’ strives to bring authentic Venezuelan empanadas for everyone to enjoy that are made with high-quality and gluten-free ingredients. 

You will get about 120 perfect chicken empanadas, and they are ideal add-ons to your meal, snack or family affair.

Chicken empanadas are gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free, plus they are filled with flavour and are easy to cook. They are 35 grams each and can also be used as an appetizer.

You can serve the Chicken Empanadas with store-bought or homemade salsa with chips and guac, or make it a meal, add a side of Cilantro Lime Rice with Black Beans and a simple salad or my Southwest Salad and/or Corn on the Cob with Chipotle Honey Lime Butter

How to cook:

- Fried: Preheat oil in Fryer to 350, and fry frozen empanadas for 4 to 6 min until golden brown and crisp.

- Air fry: Brush the empanadas with egg wash. Air fry in a single layer, in batches as needed at 350F for 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway or until golden.
