This assortment of cheeses includes Balderson Double Smoked Cheddar (250g), Balderson Heritage White Cheddar - 3 year (280g), Balderson Truffle Cheddar (250g), Société Roquefort (200g) and Istara P'tit Basque (600g). 

Discover Istara P'tit Basque! ...But what does it taste like? Made from pure ewes' (sheep) milk, P'tit Basque is a cheese from France that has a relatively dry texture and an earthy, nutty flavour. Expect numerous floral and sweet caramel notes.
