These Canadian sea scallops can be an appetizer or a main dish and can be cooked on the grill, broiled, or cooked in the air fryer! They are the perfect add-on to your BBQ with steaks, chicken or ribs. We even serve them as appetizers or when sitting around a fire pit. They are a great treat.

Convection Oven - Cook from Frozen. Preheat the oven to 220 C (425 F). Bake 10 minutes - flip and bake for 5 more minutes.
Pan-Fry - Start from frozen. Add cooking oil to a pan. The oil should be deep enough to cover half of the scallops. Heat until the oil is hot. Fry the scallops in the oil for 1 minute. Flip the scallops and fry for another minute. Turn off the heat. Keep the scallops frying in the oil for 5 minutes until it's fully cooked. Turn the scallops frequently.
Barbeque - Thaw the package before cooking. Preheat the barbecue to medium-high heat. Place foil on the grill, spray with cooking oil and place scallops on the foil. Lid down, grill for 12 - 15 minutes, turning frequently.
The product is individually frozen and stored in a case with a plastic liner. Keep frozen until ready to use.
