Tender and bursting with flavour, these tenderloins are perfect for any gathering. Simply thaw and it's ready to prepare out of the package. 

What makes steak better? Wrapping it in bacon! Locally sourced with just two great ingredients: AA Alberta Beef and 100% Canadian Bacon. 

Each box contains 16 juicy steaks in 4 oz portions, vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness. The packaging is designed for efficient, space-saving storage in the cooler, refrigerator or freezer.

Storage / Cooking:

  • Product comes Frozen - for tips on how to store & thaw safely, read our blog HERE

  • Cook steaks to at least 140°F. for safe consumption.

  • Cooking via Air Fryer: Season with your favourite spices (we like steak spice!) and cook at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.

  • Cast Iron Instructions: 

You will need butter, salt and pepper and your cast iron pan.

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. Generously salt and pepper on both sides of the steak. 

  3. Heat your Cast Iron over medium-high heat. Add the butter and olive oil. When melted, start to sear the bacon on the exterior for 10 seconds until all the bacon has been seared.  Then, sear on both sides until a nice colour, about 1 minute per side.

  4. Remove the skillet from the stovetop and place it into the oven to finish cooking. Cook until medium rare, 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
